The state of Goa, in India, is famous for its beaches and places of worship, and tourism is its primary industry. Tourism is generally focused on the coastal areas of Goa, with decreased tourist activity inland. Foreign tourists, mostly from Europe, arrive in Goa in winter whilst the summer and monsoon seasons see a large number of Indian tourists. Goa handled 2.29% of all foreign tourist arrivals in the country in 2011. This relatively small state is situated on the western coast of India, between the borders of Maharashtra and Karnataka and is better known to the world as a former Portuguese enclave on Indian soil. Tourism is said to be the backbone of Goa's economy.

1:- Querim Beach

Querim Beach is a beach in Goa, also known as Keri beach. It is the largst northernmost beach in Goa. The beach comprises a long stretch of sand with a few rocky outcrops, rows of trees and a river inlet of Tiracol River.

2:- Arambol 

Arambol is a traditional fisherman village, located approximately a 90 minutes drive from Dabolim Airport (GOI) within the Pernem  administrative region of North Goa, India. The beach attracts many international tourists, mainly during the winter season between November and March.

3:- Majorda Beach

 Majorda is a village in Salcete, Goa. It is located in South Goa district, north-west of Margão. The village is famous for its beaches. There are many beach resorts in Majorda.

4:- Fort Aguada

Fort Aguada and its lighthouse is a well-preserved seventeenth-century Portuguese fort standing in Goa, India, on Sinquerim Beach, overlooking the Arabian Sea.

5:- Sinquerim Beach

Sinquerim beach is located 13 km from Panaji in Goa. It is one of the first tourist beaches of North Goa District. The famous coastal fort built by the Portuguese, Aguada Fort is located here. The tourists can take long relaxing walks along this beautiful beach with its quiet ambience. The beach is clean and is considered an ideal place for swimming.

They all come there to explore the natural sanctuary and serenity that Goa has to offer in abundance. People come here to have a wonderful experience, explore the natural heritage and resources Goa has to offer. People come here empty and take home a lot of memories they could cherish for a lifetime. Goa also has a interesting night life, which interests a lot of people from the west. Goa is seen a place where tourists from several parts come and meet each other and share cultures with each other.
